Right of withdrawal
In accordance with regulations, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, without having to provide a reason.
For the return to be accepted:

The item must be returned in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions).

The product must be in new condition to allow its re-marketing.

The purchase invoice must be attached to the package.
Shipping costs for returning your item are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or damaged items
If you receive a damaged package or an item with a defect, you can request an exchange or a refund. Contact us by email at contact@heelss.com, attaching photos of the problem found to facilitate processing.
Return procedure
For any request, write to us at contact@heelss.com. After validation of the conformity of your request, the products must be sent back to the following address:

Refund
Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary from 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.
