Right of withdrawal
In accordance with regulations, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, without having to provide a reason.
For the return to be accepted:

The item must be returned in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions).

The product must be in new condition to allow it to be put back on the market.

The purchase invoice must be included with the package.
Shipping costs for returning your item are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or damaged items
If you receive a damaged package or an item with a defect, you can request an exchange or a refund. Contact us by email at contact@heelss.com by attaching photos of the problem found to facilitate processing.

Refund
Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be made to your original payment method. The processing time may vary from 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.
